Aline Ayoub is a graduate from Université De Montréal with a BA in Political Sciences and a Certificate in Public Relations. She was trained in the Dale Carnegie coaching method and was presented with the highest award of achievement. She was awarded the media award from the Leadership Action Centre. Aline is a certified Myers-Briggs Type 1 and 2 and member at the Human Resources Associations Professional (HRPA). Aline sits on the advisory board of the Canadian Association of Marketing professionals (CAMP).

Paul has 25 plus years international experience including heading the Canadian human capital consulting practice for Andersen and global roles at Alcan, Japan Tobacco International, AngloGold Ashanti, Massey Ferguson and Laidlaw.
He has worked with the Boards of Canada’s largest Corporations on mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation and transition, global reward systems, cultural change, global pension and employee benefit structures and mobile talent strategies.
He led the HR team in the acquisition of RJR/Nabisco by Japan Tobacco in 55 countries, Novelis IPO in 16 countries and integration of Pechiney into Alcan around the world. A former member of the Conference Board of Canada’s HR Executive Council he writes for publications and speaks at conferences around the world. He is a former President of the Oakville Club and member of several NFP boards.

Ben is an expert in hazard Identification, Health and Safety program implementation, and certification training. He is a leader in assisting organizations with improving their safety culture.
Ben started his career in construction. Ben was successful in managing a workplace of 1400 workers in one of Canada’s leading manufacturing industries, as well as becoming the training coordinator for one of Ontario’s largest mechanical firms. During both contracts, Ben was responsible for the health and Safety program.
He is an accredited training provider for the Canadian Red Cross and The Technical Standards Safety Authority (TSSA) CH-02. Ben is proud to achieve the Certified Health and Safety Consultant (CHSC) accreditation from the Canadian Society of Safety Engineers (CSSE), as well as being recognized by the Ministry Of Labour. Ben is an accredited Construction Health and Safety Officer (CHSO) as well as a Registered Professional Trainer (RPT).
